Why're we here?

I hope this shows clearly the function of Item 1. which enables a wire to be bent to the stake, post or
paling while object 2. is used to twist a short length of wire round the other half of the stake and attach both its ends onto the long wire.

    The last item is probably a wire strain testing gauge and the second a gizmo for twisting wire.
